Both fees include our service fees, the Texas Secretary of State fees, applying for the Employer Identification Number with the Internal Revenue Service, applying for tax-exemption with the Internal Revenue Service, and applying for tax-exemption with the Texas State Comptroller. $600 fee - Form 1023-EZ; $1300 fee - Form 1023

I, LaNai' Whitaker, have over 15 years of accounting experience along with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Accounting. I gained my experience by working under my mother, Nai Whitaker, for over 10 year. As a tax specialist with over 40 years of experience she has a lot to offer an upcoming accountant that is eager to learn. My mentor, Michael Porter, is a CFP and CPA that is constantly investing knowledge in me so that I may be a better asset to my clients.
